The space
This lovely villa has 5 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 10 people. The master bedroom suite, situated on the ground floor, has a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes and the large en-suite bathroom contains a spacious walk-in shower and a bath. The sliding double doors open up directly to the sun deck and the private swimming pool. The ground floor also houses a twin bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. Sliding double doors open up to the sun deck.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed the other with two single beds – ideal for a family. The bedrooms share a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both rooms open onto the balcony and sun terrace and an outdoor stairway leads directly to the swimming pool.
On the ground floor, separate to the main living quarters and providing privacy, is a stand-alone ‘pool house’ with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. This opens up onto the sun deck and swimming pool.
The large living and dining room, situated on the ground floor, has ample seating on comfortable sofas and a dining table that can easily seat ten. This open-plan area has a 50” flat screen television with DVD player and Cable TV, perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. Just off from the dining area is a fully-fitted Western-style kitchen, with a breakfast bar, equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed for self-catering.
Outside, next to the swimming pool, is a sala with built-in seats and an 8-seater table for al fresco dining. The villa offers plenty of sunbathing areas, with a feature sundeck over the pool and a spacious sun terrace on the upper level.
