This extensive villa is situated within the prestigious development of similar luxury residences. Having been colorfully decorated in striking Thai fabrics and artwork, the vibrant interior compliments the solid wooden furniture and minimalist villa design. The bright internal colors reflect the Asian feel.

The space
Accommodation comprises 7 bedrooms, all with en-suite or private bathrooms, ceiling fans and remote control air conditioning units. Bedrooms are split over two levels, offering 4 king-size beds, 4 single beds and 3 sets of single bunk beds. This allows for optimum use of space for families and children, and means that the 7 rooms combine to comfortably accommodate 18 guests. However, a limited number of extra beds are available upon request at an extra charge.

Upstairs, on the level you enter the villa, is the master bedroom suite with a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe and large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and oval bath. A second bedroom is also located on this floor, offering two single 3.5′ beds and a large private bathroom. This room is ideal for younger children who need to be closer to their parents at night.

The remaining 5 bedrooms are all on the lower level. Bedroom 3 and 4 both have king-size beds, large en-suite bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers and built-in wardrobes. Both bedrooms offer direct access onto the sun terrace and private swimming pool, through large sliding doors.

Bedroom 5, also en-suite, has a further king-size bed with an additional single bed, so again is ideal for younger children sharing a room with parents.

Bedrooms 6 and 7 make optimal use of the space, with bedroom 6 offering two sets of single bunk beds and bedroom 7 offering a single bed and one set of single bunk beds. Both are complete with en-suite bathrooms.

The lower level also boasts the unique further expansive space of a second living room / games room. This huge room is furnished with a large comfortable sofa complete with 50” flat screen TV, DVD player, surround sound and cable TV. It also offers a pool table, bar stools and tables, dart board and gym equipment. It is perfect to keep all guests entertained!

Returning upstairs, you will find the large main living room, with 50″” flat screen TV, DVD player (with selection of movies) and cable TV with over 30 channels, as well as bluetooth speakers.

Moving outside, you can sit and relax or dine at the 14-seater dining table on the under-cover balcony, taking in the open tropical views. Below is the large sun terrace overlooking landscaped gardens and complete with sun beds to soak up the sun. This leads onto an 10 x 5 m infinity edged pool with integral Jacuzzi. Adjacent to the swimming pool is the sala, containing another dining table and plus ample additional seating with gas BBQ.

The fully-fitted luxury Western-style kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs, with its own comfortable Thai sitting area to relax in while meals are being prepared. The villa’s cook (upon request) can prepare desired meals as breakfast, BBQ favourites or a selection of delicious Thai dishes can be chosen from the villa’s in-house menu for your party to enjoy.

Nai Harn Beach Ivory Villa also offers wireless internet access throughout the villa and a landline telephone for local calls.

The Villas’ offer private infinity edge swimming pools with integral Jacuzzis, surrounded by attractive sundecks, complete with comfortable sunbeds. Adjacent to the tranquility of the swimming pools are the salas, ideal for outside evening dining or daytime BBQ (all villas come complete with gas BBQ). All villas offer a comprehensive in-house BBQ Menu, that guests are invited to select from, and the cook can prepare a delicious meal for you. The villas provide the option of a swimming pool safety fence, designed to deter small children from entering the swimming pool unsupervised.
