Welcome to our Terms and Conditions for reservations and stays, where we aim to ensure your stay with us is as enjoyable as possible. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policies.

Arrival and Departure Times: We invite you to check-in at 2:00 p.m. and kindly request check-out by 11:00 a.m. Please be aware that a charge of 500 baht per hour may apply if you check out later.

Guest Registration: We kindly ask all guests to present their Thai ID card or passport during check-in.

Occupancy Limits: To maintain a comfortable atmosphere, we kindly request that you do not exceed the specified number of guests for your room type. In the event that there are more guests than specified, a surcharge of 1,000 baht per person will be applied. Child-Friendly Stay: Children under 4 years old are welcome to stay at no additional charge when using an existing bed in the room. One child per room, please. If you have an extra little one beyond this, we have extra mattresses and beds available for an additional charge of 750 baht per night, which includes breakfast.

Extra Comfort for Kids: For children over 4 years old, an extra mattress or bed will be required, and charges will apply based on our specified rate.

No Pets Allowed: We adore animals, but we’re unable to accommodate them in our resort. Please note that pets of any kind are not allowed.

Transportation: While we don’t offer shuttle services from the pier to the resort, calling a taxi at the pier is a convenient option. The service fee is 50 baht per person. Damages and Loss: In the unfortunate event of equipment or items in the room being damaged or lost after your stay, charges will apply based on the price of the item.
