CHECK-IN:
• Check-in time is 14:00hrs.
• Early check-in may be requested in advance, but is based on room availability upon arrival.
• Should the Operator wish to secure the availability of the accommodation for an early check-in
before 14:00hrs, the booking should be made & paid for the previous night.
CHECK-OUT:
• The check-out time is 11:00hrs, but can be extended until 13:00hrs free of charge based on
availability.
• Between 13:00hrs – 16:00hrs at 50% of applicable room rate, or in case of late check-out not
being contracted, guests will have to pay 50% of the applicable Best Available Rate of the day of
check out. After 16:00hrs an additional night will be charged at contract rates. In case of late
check-out not being contracted, guests will be required to pay the full night charges of the
applicable Best Available Rate of the required night.

PIER TRANSFER:
Transportation from and to the Resort can be arranged subject to availability with no fee only
upon arrival and departure time.

CHILDREN POLICY
A maximum of one child up to 3 years may share parents’ room on existing bedding free of charge.
a) Children between 0-3 years : complimentary meals as per parent’s meal plan
b) Children between 4-6 years : Breakfast = 300 THB PERSON / NIGHT
c) Children 7 years up : EXTRA BED (1 Set) = 1,000 THB PERSON / NIGHT
