One villa is priced for 2 persons. Extra person will be charged 1,200 THB/person/night. Maximum 1 extra adult allowed.

Extra bed may come in the form of rollaway bed add in living area.

Child under 12 years old sharing existing bed with parents is free of charge.

Child 12 years old and over will be considered as adult and extra person fee will be charged.

Payment
Full amount will be charged at the time of reservation. Rates are charged in Thai Baht currency.

Security Deposit
Security deposit cash of 5,000 baht per villa is required upon arrival for incidentals causing damage within the property. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that the security deposit must be paid upon arrival. In case, this amount has not been settled. Guest will be denied entry into the villa.

Smoking is strictly not permitted in the villa except outdoor space. A fine of 5,000 (five thousand Baht) is charged if guest is found violating the law.
